Burger King in Wurzburg

Not to be recommended, it starts with the fact that the staff speaks very bad German and hardly understands you. But if you are lucky you will get the order that you ordered! Usually, tips are not thanked.

Bad quality of the burger. Simply poorly prepared. Staff does not accept vouchers for varying reasons that they must be printed out or "photocopied". Ridiculous. Save the way here

Addendum to the original post: +1 star. The experience described below was not repeated, on many other visits the vegetarian burgers were always hot and freshly made. Overall, very pleasant stay, very friendly, committed staff. Original post. Lots of young people, mostly very, very friendly. In the case of the products with lower sales frequency, perhaps check whether they are still fresh. As great as the Plant-based Whopper is (and it is really good!), When it is completely cold when I unpack it at home, it was no longer warm when it was put in the bag.

Great Burger King, everything tastes fresh here. Nice fresh onions on the burger, and in my opinion a little more spiciness than in other BK's - great. Nice team, sufficient parking spaces in front of the house, always happy.

My first visit to you in the store and I have to say WOW, I've never been served like that in any foodstor .. a man by the name of "Tyson" was great and very nice, every request was received and really just made you feel welcome and is not fed and has brought life to the booth ... !! We were hungry after a hospital appointment - and we love Wopper's. But the ones where we got to eat were miserable. When it came to the meat, we had the feeling that it had been on the grill for ages, it was fried - nothing juicy. Lettuce and tomatoes didn't look fresh either. We can also confirm what others write about cleanliness! But staff was nice! Please make Burger King Standard!

Dear BurgerKing Team, You were much better! I have not been there for a long time, thought ok after such a long time (about 9 months) BurgerKing goes again. Unfortunately, I was really disappointed, the meat you have to search really and the taste is the burger is not what it used to be! the nuggets are extremely dry, I did not get sauce for it (unfortunately I only noticed it at home) And please make employees on the drive from the German or at least understand English. Ordering was not possible via speakers and even at the front of the counter, the numbers of the coupon were not understood. And I had shown the coupon ??♂️ Really a pity!
